I am currently watching Falcon and the Winter soldier, and I have to say I am loving it so far! The action scenes are plentiful and the story is what you would expect from a marvel series.
Five years after the blip caused by Thanos, everyone is back and Steve Rogers, Captain America is dead. Falcon decides to retire the shield to a museum, the government however thinks that a new Captain America is needed and takes the shield and gives it to John Walker declaring him the new Captain America. Although Bucky, the Winter soldier and Sam, the Falcon both disagree and argue over just about everything neither like seeing the new Captain America and that is what brings them together to fight the Terrorist organization “Flag Smashers”. The Flag Smashers are run by a young girl named Karli who got her hands on a similar serum that was used on Steve Rogers, now her and her allies use their powers to try and overthrow the government.
I would highly recommend watching this series if you are a fan of the Avengers movies, and especially after watching Avengers: Endgame. This series gives some insight into life after both Steve and Tony are no longer Avengers, it gives the much needed closure that Endgame couldn’t really give.
