On April 1, we all celebrate April Fools Day, a day for playing hoaxes and pranks on others. April Fools Days dates back to around 1563. Around this time france switched there calendar, as the old calendar, the Juilian and Hindu calendar, had there new year on April first, people who failed to hear that the new year was moved to january first counties there celebrations, and then April first became the day of hoaxes and pranks.

But you can also find different telling of how April Fools Day came to be, like the Hiliar tell, of how people would dressing up in disguises and mocking fellow citizens, or the Vernal Equinox theory, about how mother nature fooled people during the spring with unpredictable weather, or how in Scotland, they had a two day event, in which people where sent on fake errands, and the next day, one way of “pranking” they would put papers saying “kick me” on it.

Originally the pranks had started off as having a paper fish, “poisson d’avril” (April fish), saying a very gullible person, or sticking a “kick me” sign on the person, but today some of the most popular pranks are:
Balloon room, in which you fill a person's room, or home, with balloons
Uncontrabolle remote, where you put a piece of clear tape over the censor of the remote
Unfamiliar faces, this is when you switch out pictures in the person home and switch them with other people
The dicantonary text, well, this is pretty self explanatory, you just send a person the entire dictionary
Glitter letter, you send a person a card, or hand it to them, but inside is tons of glitter, that will take forever to clean up, and that person will find more glitter forever
